Turnaround Time Report 

What it is: A real-time high-level view of where your providers are in the credentialing process, provider-specific status details, and network-level turnaround time metrics for outreach, primary source verification (PSV) and decision making

What this report helps you do:

  • Search by NPI or name to see a provider’s real-time status
  • View the number of providers in each stage: In progress, Outreach, Complete, Approved or Cancelled
  • Track the average turnaround time for your network
  • See the average time spent in the Outreach, PSV and Decision stages
  • Increase visibility for the credentialing department as well as provider relations and management
