From the Desk of Our CEO: CredSimple has raised $14M of new capital – this is what that means for our clients.

At CredSimple we’re continuously growing, expanding, and changing. Today presents a special opportunity to share some good news and to thank our clients and friends for their support. This morning we announced that we’ve received a $14M investment from Questa Capital and our existing investors. We could not have achieved this milestone without our early adopter clients; we’re thankful for the support and guidance they have provided to us over the years.

Beyond finding a great partner in Questa Capital – the importance of which can’t be overstated – we’re excited about this investment for a number of reasons. First, the investment provides us the resources we need to more heavily invest in our existing client relationships. Our clients are amazing. They are eager to share their deep industry expertise with us, and to learn from us how they can improve processes based on our experience of working with many clients across different verticals in the healthcare industry. We’re thrilled that we now have the opportunity to accelerate the development of exciting new products and services that will continue to make our clients’ jobs easier.

We are also positively charged about the opportunity to continue reaching new clients and bringing our cutting edge credentialing solutions to more provider networks across the country. The signals are clearer now than ever before: credentialing can be transformed from an administrative afterthought to a competitive advantage when it’s done right. It’s an incredible time to become a client of CredSimple – we’re stronger than ever, and as we deploy this new investment we’re growing stronger yet.

Finally, we’re investing in our team. It feels a little cliche to say “we have a great team”, or that “people are our most important asset”, because these things are said so often. The fact is that it’s said often because it’s true. As CEO and founder of the company, I can honestly say that I’m honored to be attracting the level of talent that we’ve been able to attract. What’s even better is that with every top-grade hire that we make, the bar and expectations rise. This virtuous cycle is fantastic because it also fuels continuous professional growth for me and the entire team, allowing us to inspire and invest in the careers of our more junior colleagues, who are proving themselves everyday to be dedicated and courageous leaders at every level of the organization.
